Our facility produces custom precision sheet metal parts for machinery applications using standardized production workflows. Processes include fiber laser cutting, CNC turret punching, press brake bending, robotic welding, and hardware insertion. We handle material thicknesses from 0.5mm to 12mm across ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, with maximum bending dimensions of 3000mm × 1500mm. Laser cutting maintains kerf widths within 0.2mm for thin-gauge materials. Welding operations follow AWS D1.1/D1.3 standards for steel and aluminum structures.
Our 5,000-square-meter manufacturing facility operates 12 production lines with 8 fiber laser cutting systems, 12 CNC press brakes, and 4 robotic welding cells. Monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 sheet metal component sets. Standard lead times are 5-7 workdays for prototyping and 10-20 workdays for production volumes, depending on component complexity and surface treatment requirements. We support mixed-volume production runs from single prototypes to 10,000+ unit batches.

Our quality management system operates under ISO 9001:2015 certification (Certificate Number: CN-QMS-20190387, issued by Intertek, last audited March 2026). Quality control occurs at four documented stages: incoming material verification, in-process inspection every 2 production hours, first-article inspection for all new setups, and final outgoing inspection per AQL 0.65 standards. Inspection reports are retained for a minimum of 3 years.
All production lots undergo dimensional verification using calibrated CMM equipment with 0.001mm resolution. Salt spray testing is performed in-house per ASTM B117 for coated components, with standard durations of 24-96 hours depending on specification. Material test reports from steel mills are retained for every production batch, enabling full traceability from raw material to finished component. We provide material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and compliance documentation upon request.
We fabricate load-bearing frames, equipment bases, and support structures for industrial machinery including conveyor systems, packaging equipment, and material handling systems. Components are engineered to specified load ratings, with welds inspected per applicable standards. All holes and mounting points are positioned to drawing specifications to facilitate assembly without secondary modification.
Our sheet metal forming processes produce machine guards, electrical enclosures, and access panels that meet IP rating specifications as required. We incorporate louvers, ventilation slots, and mounting hardware during production. Enclosures can include EMI/RFI shielding gaskets and grounding points for electrical equipment applications.
We produce precision brackets, mounting plates, and assembly components for machinery integration. PEM hardware, studs, and standoffs are inserted using calibrated press equipment with specified pull-out strengths. All components are degreased and packaged to prevent corrosion during transit and storage.
Our engineering team provides DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback within 24 hours of drawing submission. We identify potential forming issues, material utilization improvements, and cost-saving design modifications at no additional charge. Quotations include material specifications, tolerance confirmation, surface treatment details, and lead time commitments. We accept drawings in all standard 2D and 3D CAD formats.
Prototyping orders start at 1 piece, with no minimum order quantity for production runs. Components are packaged in corrosion-resistant materials with individual labeling per part number. Non-conforming parts are addressed within 24 hours of notification, with root-cause analysis provided via 8D report for critical issues. Replacement parts are prioritized in production scheduling to minimize customer line downtime.
For standard cold-rolled steel and aluminum components up to 3mm thickness, we maintain linear tolerances of ±0.15mm and angular tolerances of ±0.1°. Tighter tolerances are available upon request and may require additional tooling or secondary operations.
Standard documentation includes packing lists with part numbers and quantities, material certificates for primary metals, and certificate of conformance. Full dimensional inspection reports, material test reports, and surface treatment test results are available upon request at the time of order.
We accept prototype orders starting at 1 piece. Prototype orders receive the same quality inspection as production runs, with first-article reports available. Standard prototype lead time is 5-7 workdays, depending on complexity and surface treatment requirements.
Every batch of raw material is tagged with heat number and supplier information upon receipt. This identification follows the material through every production stage, and is recorded on work orders and inspection documentation. Traceability records are maintained for a minimum of three years after shipment.
